It all started when…

The project was inspired by one of our New Day members who comes to our center regularly for socialization and support to manage her life life-long struggle with anxiety. Sonny and other members design and make original pieces of jewelry to help in healing themselves and other women who are struggling to manage and overcome mental illness.

The women involved in the Health Hands Project hope that their work will not only benefit themselves but support other women suffering with mental illness.
